I moved to the beautiful Okanagan from Edmonton, Alberta in 2019. I achieved my 2200h massage therapy diploma (honors with distinction) with the Alberta College of Massage Therapy. I am now an active member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada and CMTBC.
I have my 200h RYT in Anusara Yoga from Vancouver, B.C. I have studied holistic health such as yoga, meditation, nutrition, and now massage therapy. My philosophy in my massage treatments is educational and preventative, so you are left feeling like you have a clear path to rehabilitation. Some of my passions are to help others with adopting a healthy lifestyle, proper body mechanics, self-care, and the importance of mental health on the physical body. I like to incorporate stretches and strengthening as home care to help my clients maintain good posture and good health.
In my treatments I take a slow and steady approach, giving your muscles and fascia time to release chronic issues such as trigger points, fascial restrictions, nerve entrapment, and knots. I think we all deserve to live pain-free and am dedicated to helping my patients achieve that goal.
Please note I do not treat patients under the age of 16 (I do not have pediatric training)
